Ooooh, maxi dresses are back this summer. Not that I remember then from first time around, but I totally subscribe to the view that mini skirts should not exist in sizes bigger than a size 12. I think if you (I) have slightly chubby legs, keep away from short skirts, leggings, and any combo thereof. Thus spake the un-fashion maven.
