Well, this is a whole new class of crime: wifi theft.
Interesting. I mean, first that the bloke put cardboard in his car windows but you could see the light from the laptop (early in the morning = dark), so clearly felt he was doing something wrong. Also, is this really a crime? If you don't put WEP on your wifi, then you're saying, come in and play. Granted, the telcos don't like it because they want more people to pay.
