I marinated salmon in mirin and sake for twenty minutes or so. Then I cooked it on the griddle with a tiny bit of olive oil, two minutes on each side.
While that was cooking, I made a salad of:
- rocket leaves
- orange pepper
- spring onion, cut at an angle, in the Asian style
- sushi ginger, shredded
- dressing of sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce
Assemble as per photo. Takes about twenty minutes to prepare, max. Delicious.
Yes, I know, I don't really eat fish any more, but you have to find your vitiman D somewhere, right?
