21st/22nd September is London Open House weekend and it's Succot - a major Jewish festival, but generally not observed as it comes so soon after New Year. I don't think it's antisemitism, but I do think it's disappointing that I won't be able to go to anything. Last year I went to the Isokon flats on Lawn Road in Belsize Park, and it was incredible. Perfect fittings, tiny rooms: a bijoux interwar almost-kibbutz in bohemian NW3.
