Cheap Make-up Alert
I love it when the never-heard-of brand people rip off a really expensive product really well. So I've been using benetint from US-based Benefit for a couple of years (and for $33 it should last a lifetime). It's a lip and cheek stain that's all pigment, nothing else really, and genuinely gives you that freshly-flushed-I'm-really-sixteen look. And now Sephora have a fabulous rip-off, which is only £3.90 compared to £22. Aquatints aren't even a pale imitation; they come in a range of colours rather than one, they're waterbased, and they work just as well.
And just in case you live in North London, there's a sephora shop at Brent Cross. Don't say I never tell you anything.
