Eating Update
No, I don't have an eating disorder, believe me. Though I'm still surprised by the obvious; eating healthy food makes you feel better. So now it's no dairy, wheat or refined sugars (so I'll still eat fruit and honey, but not juice, cakes, sweets &c) and I feel strangely lively and bouyant, my skin is better, and I woke up before my alarm clock two days on the run. Shame I didn't do this ten years ago.

Last night, we talked some about pro-anorexia websites and the like. I don't think I have anorexia, I just wanted to keep the links.
